Belmont Shooting Complex

Belmont Shooting Complex is Queensland's premier competitive shooting centre. Located in Brisbane, the international standard facility hosted the shooting events for the 1982 and 2018 Commonwealth Games with ISSF standard ranges for multiple shooting sports and onsite accommodation in a natural Australian bushland setting.
Rifle and pistol events are held at the Brisbane International Shooting Centre, located within the complex.

The Gold Coast Sports Precinct served as the signature venue precinct for the Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games, hosting the Opening and Closing Ceremonies, athletics, badminton, weightlifting, powerlifting and wrestling. The Precinct has three key venues – the Gold Coast Sport and Leisure Centre, Carrara Indoor Sports Stadium and People First Stadium – accompanied by multiple sporting fields suitable for elite and community use, as well as secure car parks and amenities.

QSAC in Brisbane features two international standard 10-lane 400m running tracks and is home to the National Throws Centre of Excellence, a high performance training facility specifically for athletics throwing disciplines. The venue is earmarked to host events at the Brisbane 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games. The precinct is also home to the Queensland Academy of Sport high performance centre including world class strength, conditioning, testing and recovery facilities.
Next door to the main stadium is Brisbane's biggest beach volleyball venue, Sandstorm Beach Club - originally founded and developed by Australian 5x Beach Volleyball Olympian, Natalie Cook OAM OLY - with eight full sized beach volleyball courts.

QUT Stadium and Indoor Swimming Pool

The Queensland University of Technology (QUT) Stadium is a FIFA accredited state-of-the-art sports field located at the university’s Kelvin Grove campus in Brisbane. Featuring a LigaTurf football field, Spurtan athletics track, seminar room and change room facilities, the complex’s acrylic surfaces are line-marked for soccer, touch football and a four-lane 80m running track. A short drive into the heart of Brisbane's CBD, and you'll also find QUT's Fitness and Aquatic Centre. The FINA accredited 50m indoor heated swimming pool is perfect for swimming and water polo, with an optional pool wall to create 2 x 25m spaces with nets.

The Runaway Bay Sports Precinct, inclusive of the Gold Coast Performance Centre, caters for a variety of high performance training opportunities with a 50m outdoor pool, 20m indoor pool, IAAF certified athletics track, FIH certified hockey pitch, indoor basketball/netball/futsal and volleyball courts, tennis courts and a criterium track. The Precinct also caters for high performance training requirements including a gym, allied health services and accommodation.

The Sleeman Sports Complex in Brisbane features numerous Olympic and Paralympic standard venues which are earmarked to be used during the Brisbane 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games. The precinct features the Brisbane SX international BMX Centre - an international standard BMX racing track - as well as the Anna Meares Indoor Cycling Velodrome. The Brisbane Aquatic Centre at the precinct features a 50m competition pool, dive pool with 10m tower, outdoor 50m x 33m pool with aerial ski jump and 3m diving facilities, and a 25m indoor community pool. The outside ski jump is the southern hemisphere's first year-round ski jumping facility, with water ski ramps, ranging in height from 8m to 36m, for mogul and aerial skiers. Indoor facilities are ready to host your next gymnastics, badminton, basketball, futsal or volleyball event.

Snapper Rocks Surf Break, part of the World Surfing Reserve

The surf break at Snapper Rocks is part of the Gold Coast’s world renowned World Surfing Reserve and home to a long hollow right hand wave that peels across the man-made Superbank, which in the right conditions can see surfers ride waves for close to 2 kilometres. The Superbank allows surfers to consistently ride waves of the highest calibre, from runners through to deep backless barrels. The venue has hosted numerous World Surf League events including the Gold Coast Pro. The Sunshine Coast Recreation Precinct is right in the heart of this coastal holiday destination with accommodation, catering and beach access. The precinct features three multipurpose indoor courts suitable for sports like basketball, badminton, taekwondo, judo, table tennis and volleyball, complemented by a heated outdoor 8-lane 25m swimming pool. There is a full size oval suitable for rugby league, rugby union, touch football and football, plus a floodlit smaller oval suitable for training and warm-up activities. In 2025, a strength & conditioning gym and recovery space with ice baths is expected to be ready for use.

The Townsville Sports Precinct is a world-class sporting destination on the edge of the Great Barrer Reef. It offers a comprehensive range of indoor and outdoor facilities and all-access amenities. Indoor facilities include three multipurpose sprung wood floor courts equipped for sports like basketball, netball, futsal and volleyball, with an inside and outside strength & conditioning gym. Outdoors, an eight-lane tartan 400m World Athletics Certified track with a covered grandstand includes facilities for long and triple jump, hammer throw, discus, steeple chase and pole vault. The Precinct also features two outdoor natural grass fields with competition standard lighting suitable for rugby union and football.
