This venue was included in the Sport Venue Review and, based on the recommendations, is proceeding as planned.

The Chandler Sports Precinct, also known as the Sleeman Sports Centre, was originally built for the Brisbane 1982 Commonwealth Games and has been a community use and competition venue for 40 years.

With many sports facilities on site, including being the home to Gymnastics Queensland, the venue includes an Olympic standard BMX SuperCross track and the international competition standard Anna Meares Velodrome.
